Our Story

Our journey began with a simple yet profound belief: that every individual has the power to heal and grow when given the right tools and support. This belief was shaped by our founder's own experiences as a mother, a professional counselor, and a compassionate human being. Through her journey, she realized the importance of empathy, love, and understanding in helping others overcome their struggles.

Our Services

1. Counseling for Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Families: We provide individual and group counseling sessions to help our clients navigate their emotions, overcome challenges, and improve their relationships.

2. Play Therapy: Our founder is a registered play therapist-supervisor, offering play therapy sessions to help children express their feelings and experiences through play.

3. Grief Counseling: We have extensive experience in grief counseling, providing support to individuals and families dealing with loss.

4. Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies: Our founder has completed a certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies at Naropa University, aiming to use plant medicines and MDMA-assisted therapy to help clear generational trauma and produce healthy families.

5. Parenting Support: We offer guidance and support to parents dealing with their own challenges as well as parenting concerns.

Our team is led by our founder, a licensed professional counselor and registered play therapist-supervisor with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has a strong love and empathy for all living creatures and is dedicated to helping others navigate their paths and overcome their challenges.
