His experience in commercial building and development is extensive, having worked on notable projects such as Two Prudential Plaza, Ameritech Center Corporate Headquarters, Motorola's Cellular Phone Campuses, and UIC's College of Medicine Research Building. He has worked with prominent clients including The University of Illinois at Chicago, Digital Realty, Rackspace, Pepsi Cola, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Motorola, Panasonic, and John B. Sanfilippo.

Patrick Duffy, another essential team member, brings over 20 years of construction experience to the table. He has worked on a variety of projects, including those for The University of Illinois at Chicago, DuPont Fabros, Rackspace, Equinix, Panasonic, and John B. Sanfilippo.
