Our Team

Lynn Durkin, CPA, our President, has an extensive record in public accounting and financial operations. She has worked as a CPA for over 30 years, beginning her career at Touche Ross & Company, in Boston. Lynn has helped many business owners and individuals navigate the financial and tax challenges of business ownership and personal finance. In addition to her CPA practice, she has successfully owned and operated her own businesses on the South Shore, giving her an intimate understanding of the challenges facing business owners in today's economic environment.

Kerry Durkin, CPA, our Accounting & Tax Manager, has over ten years of accounting and business experience. She specializes in tax preparation for businesses and individuals, financial consulting, financial reporting, and payroll. Kerry has extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, Freshbooks, POS Systems, and Excel. She has worked closely with many new and established businesses in both Boston and the South Shore to implement effective accounting practices and systems to foster growth and success.

Terence Durkin, JD, our Associate, received his B.A. from Wesleyan University in Economics and his J.D. from Suffolk University. After practicing law in civil litigation and, later, as Assistant General Counsel at the Archdiocese of Boston, Terence joined the firm with extensive experience in a variety of legal, business, and non-profit areas. Terence currently serves as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve, Judge Advocate General Corps.

Kelly Joslin, our Associate, began her career over 20 years ago in Human Resources at the Beth Israel/Deaconess Hospital and then Cambridge Technology Partners. Kelly has spent time at home raising her children and reentered the workforce in 2011 providing an array of services including office management, HR support, payroll services, accounts receivable and payable, streamlining operational processes/systems, assisting in communication, fundraising initiatives, and event planning.
