At Jacques Architecture, we pride ourselves on our versatility and ability to tackle a wide range of projects, from multi-family residential complexes to mixed-use developments, and even private residences. We have had the privilege of working on several notable projects, including the San Fernando Valley Multi Family Residential, which features a 6-story concept with condominiums over retail and garage, developed in partnership with The Nadel Partnership. Another notable project is the Hollywood Mixed Use, a multi-story design concept located in the heart of Hollywood, featuring live-work units and a dramatic curved surface as an axial terminus. Our portfolio also includes the Citadel, a mixed-use master plan for a historical site in the City of Commerce, and the Green River College Mixed Use, which offers retail at the ground floor and educational spaces above.

In addition to these larger developments, we have also designed private residences, such as the custom home in Newport Beach, California, which features a curving natural stone wall that orders and defines the exterior and interior spaces. This attention to detail and focus on functionality are key aspects of our design philosophy.
