Our Founder

Chris Quinn, the founder, has 27 years of experience in the construction industry. He's Georgia licensed, fully insured, and EarthCraft certified. With a focus on both residential and commercial projects, Chris has a deep understanding of what it takes to build and renovate properties that meet and exceed client expectations.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including new construction, renovation, commercial projects, and historic preservation. From retail to office spaces, and from modern homes to historic renovations, we've got the expertise to handle it all. We also specialize in tenant finishes, kitchen and bath renovations, outdoor living spaces, and structural repairs. And, we can assist with FHA 203K loans to help you finance your project.

This process starts with a personal meeting to discuss your ideas, take photographs, and gather measurements for estimates. We'll assess your project accurately and decide if plans are needed, if a designer or architect should be included, or any other details necessary to deliver the great results you're looking for.
