Hello and welcome to Haley Dilley Hair! I'm Haley Dilley (She/Her), a short hair cutting specialist based in Pocatello, serving the LGBTQ+ community of Southeast Idaho. As a queer woman who takes pride in her own hair, I understand the importance of finding a safe, inclusive, and affirming stylist who will help you achieve the look you're going for in a way that makes you feel heard and more confident than ever.

At Haley Dilley Hair, I focus on creating a unique identity through your cut, tailored to your face shape, texture, personality, and lifestyle. I view the foundation of a great hairstyle as the cut, and I strive to create a look that provides you with the freedom to express yourself in various ways. I'm always available to help guide you through any challenges or new ideas that may arise during your hair journey.

In my 10 years as a stylist, I have developed a deep passion for education and am constantly seeking new classes and workshops to expand my skills and knowledge. As a proud member of the Pocatello community, I enjoy spending my free time attending local events, visiting the Saturday morning market, and exploring the various coffee shops and eateries. Policies

At Haley Dilley Hair, I value the time of each guest and strive to maintain a clear and fair cancellation policy. To continue providing the best possible scheduling options, I require 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a rebooking fee of 50% of the services will apply. A no-call, no-show will result in 100% of the appointment being charged before rebooking. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in discontinuation of services.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to provide the full appointment time, and you will still be responsible for the full appointment cost. I am committed to ensuring guest satisfaction, and if you experience any issues with your cut within 7 days of your visit, I am more than happy to correct it at no additional charge.

At Haley Dilley Hair, I offer budget-friendly options, and additional charges may apply based on the length of the appointment or if the wrong appointment was booked. I provide a variety of cuts and styling services, including express half-trims, dry trims, reshape haircuts, long to short specialty cuts, shampoo & styles, and gender-affirming services.
