We are a multifaceted studio dedicated to making your New Work, good work! Our firm was established in 2014 by Artist & Architect, David AT Phan. We specialize in the design, visualization, documentation, permitting & administration associated with the construction of residential, commercial, hospitality, multifamily & civic buildings.

Design, building & construction can be a complex and daunting process. However, having an experienced advocate by your side can make it less scary and actually an enjoyable experience. We believe that the value in the power, efficiency, and an inherent nimbleness of our focused operation is passed down to benefit projects of all sizes & complexities. We deliver greater care, quality, and oversight over the details that often get lost in hefty firms.

Our team operates at an intimate scale, leveraging the latest tools & technology with our experience and focusing them on the details that make a project. We use visual tools, such as 3D modeling software, virtual reality, and physical models, which are essential to us in how we communicate the details, come to understand and build your dream project.

In 2017, after licensure in California by the Architects Board, we proudly began our operation & headquarters out of the city of Sacramento. We are registered & licensed in California, Colorado, and Arizona.
