Providing Access to High Quality Healthcare, Close to Home
Our Story
West Cecil Health Center (WCHC) has a rich history that dates back to the early days of healthcare in our community. Our journey began as a grassroots movement started by the Conowingo Lions Club, a group of dedicated individuals who believed that every person deserves access to quality healthcare. They worked tirelessly to establish a health center that could provide affordable and compassionate care to the underserved communities in Cecil County, Harford County, and southern Pennsylvania.
