Our team is led by Dr. Barbara West, a Harvard-trained orthodontist with a wealth of experience and a passion for creating beautiful smiles. Dr. West received her dental degree (DMD) from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating second in her class. She completed her specialty training in Orthodontics at Harvard University and has been board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. A member of the American Association of Orthodontics, Dr. West has over twenty years of experience running her own successful practice in Massachusetts, where she has treated over ten thousand patients.

Dr. West has also taught in the Orthodontic Department at Harvard Dental School and has consulted in Orthognathic (jaw) surgery at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital for twenty years. Additionally, she was a consultant to the oro-facial clinic in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Massachusetts at Worcester, Massachusetts for five years.
