Valley Health Care is a non-profit primary health care and vision service provider dedicated to serving the community with reliable, compassionate care at affordable prices. We have clinics in Mill Creek and Elkins, WV, and offer a comprehensive suite of medical, preventative, and therapeutic services for all ages, from infants to seniors.

Our Care Connect program offers an extensive variety of services, and we are pleased to provide most of them through this program. We also offer a Patient Portal, an online service that provides patients secure access to their health information, allowing them to send messages to their healthcare providers, schedule appointments, and pay bills online.
