Our Process

Our process begins with an initial meeting to evaluate your project requirements, including scope, time, aesthetic requirements, and budget. Following this, we issue a written proposal and Agreement for Services, outlining our proposed fee structure, scope of services, and estimated design schedule. Once the Agreement is signed, we proceed with the pre-design phase, which involves research and information gathering. This includes property information, regulatory and environmental constraints, client requirements, site analysis, schedule, budget, code analysis, and existing conditions documentation. The next phases, schematic design and design development, focus on generating design concepts and refining specific aspects of the project, respectively. Throughout each phase, we ensure that your needs are met and your expectations are exceeded.
