Gordon Weiss, CPA, is the founder and managing partner of Weiss CPA PLLC. With more than 25 years of experience providing accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting services to a wide range of clients and industries, Gordon is a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals alike. His tax experience began at a Big 4 firm tax department and includes representation of U.S. and multi-national clients at examinations with the Internal Revenue Service, as well as the Departments of Revenue, Sales Tax Divisions, and Departments of Labor of various states. He has a substantial client base of foreign corporations ranging from start-ups to companies listed on major stock exchanges and advises multi-national clients on a variety of planning issues, including U.S. operating entity selection, financial reporting, and long-term financial planning, including exit strategies. Gordon also has extensive experience in real estate matters and works with real estate developers, owner-operators, lessors, and investors, as well as acting as an advisor to some world-famous hotels and restaurants on operating, expansion, and planning strategies. He assists with mergers and acquisitions, including performing due diligence reviews.
