Our Story
Our story begins in a garage, where four friends who were former rocket scientists, space-suit developers, and mission managers shared a passion for brewing and a dream to create something truly unique. Hundreds of test batches later, we've honed our craft and grown into True Anomaly Brewing, with a lineup of out-of-this-world beer recipes inspired by our shared fascination with science, outer space, and the energy, history, and awesomeness of Houston, Texas.
