Office and Staff
The office of Dr. Rouse is described as nice by one reviewer, and the staff is commended for being professional, community-oriented, and caring.
Billing and Insurance Issues
Two reviewers experienced issues with billing and insurance. One was surprised with a bill because their insurance plan was out of network, despite initially being told otherwise.
