Patient Communication Issues

Several reviewers experienced difficulties with communication from the speech center. Felipe Gutierrez had to wait six months for an evaluation appointment, only to be told that there were no available appointments for another six months. Cameron White missed an appointment due to lack of reminders, and when he arrived, he was told that he missed the appointment due to an incorrect phone number that was not provided by him or his pediatrician. Jennifer Susser had a therapist recommend that her child take a break from therapy, but the owner was unwilling to listen to her concerns. Matt Elfrink's son was kicked out of the center for resisting speech therapy.

Staff Unprofessionalism

Reviewers also had issues with the staff's professionalism. Cameron White's appointment was rescheduled and the front desk receptionist was rude when they arrived. Jennifer Susser expressed her concerns to the owner, Erica, who was rude and wouldn't listen. Tiffani Diuguid found the office staff to be unfriendly and rude, and decided not to bring her child back to the center.

Mixed Experiences with Therapies

While some reviewers had negative experiences with the speech center, others had positive experiences. Rica Rathbun's four-year-old son has been making progress with the center's help, and Brittny Sanchez's son loves going to the center and has seen improvement. Eric Romero's son received excellent training and noticed remarkable improvement.

Limited Parking and Accessibility

Frances Malinis noted that parking at the complex is limited and waiting areas are small, making it difficult to wait in the office due to COVID. The doors are not automated, making it not wheelchair friendly.
