Our History

Husband and wife team, John and Kate Shively, along with their daughter Nicole, have been leading the company for over 35 years. They are deeply involved in every project, working closely with each client to ensure perfection. The Shivelys live in their own 'Shively Custom Dream Home' in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where they enjoy skiing, hiking, traveling, fine cuisine, and music.
