Our team of experienced professionals has collectively more than 200 years of experience in public accounting, with a significant portion of that time spent auditing cooperatives and agri-businesses.

Our Firm's History

Our story began in 1986 when Don Williams left the national firm, KPMG Peat Marwick, to establish our firm. Prior to that, Mr. Williams had been a partner in the Lubbock office of KPMG Peat Marwick and had also partnered with Edwin E. Merriman & Co. The Firm's history dates back to 1960, when Mr. William's association with Merriman & Co. began. In 1981, KPMG purchased the Edwin E. Merriman & Co. practice in Lubbock. Our firm is proud to have over 200 years of combined experience in accounting, taxation, consulting, and auditing.

Meet Our Management Team

Greg Taylor, MBA, CPA, CVA, is the principal of our firm. Greg has over 40 years of experience in public accounting and has spent his entire career in the accounting profession. He is a respected expert in the field of accounting and auditing for cooperative and agribusiness entities. Greg is a member of the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives (NSAC) and has served as the national president of the organization.
