At Stillwater Construction Group, LLC, we are a full-service waterproofing, roofing, masonry, and concrete restoration company that has been serving the greater Washington, DC community since 2007. As a woman-owned construction company, we take pride in our commitment to providing exceptional services to our clients.

As a company, we employ over 50 full-time craftsmen who specialize in masonry, caulking, tiling, waterproofing, roofing, carpentry, and concrete repair. This allows us to manage projects of any scope and size, from large complex national infrastructure projects to plaza restorations. We understand that every project presents unique challenges, and we approach each one with the same dedication, knowledge of the underlying causes, and attention to final details required for a successful project completion.

At Stillwater, we take a unique perspective on projects. We approach every project from the perspective of a waterproofing company first. We understand that approximately 10% of a building's initial cost is related to waterproofing, caulking, and roofing, but 90% of the problems encountered during the life cycle of a building's envelope are related to poor water management. We believe that by addressing the clear understanding of what is truly initiating the problems, we can improve the overall lifecycle and performance of the building.

Project Portfolio

Some of our notable projects include working with HITT Contracting as the roofing and exterior finishes subcontractor to construct a unique, elaborate roofscape. We also worked with the board of Fallswood Condominium to provide a complete turnkey product for their garage and tennis court restoration. Additionally, we had the opportunity to provide property manager Cushman and Wakefield with waterproofing, concrete restoration, and plaza finishes at the high-end Arlington location.
