Office Staff Issues
The office staff at this facility has received numerous criticisms from patients. A patient, Carol, rated her experience 1 star and stated that the staff is "completely disrespectful and rude." Another patient, S. M., had a similar experience and felt that the staff was annoyed by her constant questions about her pregnancy. Hali Payne, yet another patient, had a frustrating experience when she was told that her appointment was canceled due to insurance issues and was asked to pay out of pocket to reschedule.
Positive Experiences with Doctors
On the other hand, patients have had positive experiences with the doctors at the facility. Minkah Frampton, who delivered her baby, praised Dr. Laberge for being understanding and working with her to achieve her birth plan. Samantha Garcia sang the praises of Dr. Demerson, who made her feel at ease and took the time to answer her questions. Elizabeth Martinez also had a positive experience with Dr. Demerson, who was kind and took the time to address her concerns. Lola Mark was grateful for Dr. Demerson's suggestion of Veozah medication for her menopause symptoms.
Differing Experiences

Additionally, some patients have had mixed experiences, praising their doctors while critiquing the facility's communication and customer service.
