Flagship Construction is a renowned custom home builder in the Myrtle Beach area, with a rich history of delivering exceptional quality, reliability, and affordability. Founded in 1999 by Hal Dixon, Stan Parker, and Dave Runyon, our company has built a reputation for our commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and dedication to our community.

Our Story

Our story begins with the founding of our company in 1999. At the time, our partners, Hal, Stan, and Dave, had a shared vision of building quality single-family homes in the area's most desirable locations. Reviews
Positive: Flagship Homes has received positive feedback from some customers, including praise for their customer service and quality constructions.
Negative: However, many customers have reported significant quality issues, unresponsive office personnel, and dishonesty from the company's representatives.

Quality Issues

Chad Z. and Brittany Kropp's experiences with Flagship Homes highlight serious quality issues with their constructions. Chad describes poor craftsmanship, weeds for turf, and shoddy electrical work, stating that the company uses the "cheapest, shadiest subs" and should change their name to "Flagshit". Brittany shares her disappointment with the builder, detailing numerous issues, including a broken window, missing parts, and incomplete walk-through items 11 months after closing.

Positive Experience

Ron Whit and Keith Lamar, on the other hand, had positive experiences with Flagship Homes. Ron praises the company for being patient and courteous, describing them as "well-matched" to meet his needs. Keith, a former employee, acknowledges that the company is "designed to make money" but notes that Stan and Hal bend over backwards to resolve problems that arise.

Negative Experience with Office Personnel

Brittany Kropp and Rosemary Alex both express frustration with the office personnel and representatives, describing them as unresponsive, unhelpful, and dishonest. Brittany recounts being given false information about window availability and being left on hold for extended periods. Rosemary simply states that the builder is unresponsive to her concerns.
