JTT Properties has a rich history that dates back to the 1970s. James T. Theodore started his career in the construction business, working for landlords renovating and maintaining apartments in the Manchester, NH area. He later started his own carpentry subcontracting company, J.T. Theodore Incorporated, specializing in finish carpentry, cabinetry, and commercial interiors. After building his business and reputation, Jim expanded into the real estate market as a landlord, investing in residential rental properties in New Hampshire. His ties to the Killington, VT ski area as a professional skier and former US Ski team Coach led him to further expand into the Rutland, VT area, acquiring several rental properties and establishing JTT Properties.

Today, JTT Properties offers a variety of apartments for rent in Rutland, West Rutland, and N. Clarendon, VT. Our properties include 90 Barnes Street, West Rutland, with 8 apartments; 49 Williams Street, Rutland, with 6 apartments; 45 Pleasant Street, Rutland, with apartments; 45 1/2 Pleasant Street, Rutland, with apartments; and the Mill River Apartments, N. Clarendon, VT. We also manage apartments and residences for third parties in the Rutland and Killington areas.
