Kieschnick serves as President and Broker, while Kegan Cunningham, Houston Wier, Michael Gage, Daniel Henn, Derek Hughes, and Tom Farinacci II are all Associates. Our project leasing assignments begin with a comprehensive review of the market, the property's proposed rental rate and operating expenses, and identifying the types of tenants that will add the most value to the property. We then compile property photographs, aerials, drone shots, and demographic information into a professional marketing brochure to effectively market the property.
