Our Story
Massimo, or Max as we affectionately call him, grew up in Pescara, Italy, where food was always at the heart of family gatherings and celebrations. As a child, Max would watch his grandmother prepare traditional Italian dishes, learning the secrets to simple yet flavorful cooking. He would later bring those same techniques and family recipes to Naples, Florida, where he would open Mino, his own Italian restaurant.

Our decor pays homage to the quaint pizzerias of old Italy, where the aroma of freshly baked pizza crust and the sound of lively chatter fill the air.
