Our company was founded in June 1972 by Charles E. Aud, Sr., who is now joined by two other owners, Kirk E. Kuginskie (Vice President) and Lisa M. Aud (Secretary/Treasurer). As a Factory Authorized Carrier Dealer, we have been installing and servicing Carrier heating and cooling equipment for nearly half a century in the St. Mary's County and Southern Calvert County areas of Southern Maryland.
