Our history dates back to 1973, when James R. Huntsman purchased the Rochester Funeral Home from W. Dale Coleman. Coleman had started his business in the 1930s and built the current location in 1954 as a funeral home. In 1982, the Aliquippa Funeral Home was purchased from William F. Maiden, who had established the business in 1962. Over the years, we have continued to grow and expand, adding a third location in Moon Township in 2003. This new facility was built on the site of St. Philip's Episcopal Church, which had outgrown its original location. After extensive remodeling, we were able to bring the people of Moon Township a state-of-the-art funeral home that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.

For those who prefer cremation, we understand your preference and are committed to providing exceptional cremation services. We own and operate our own cremation facility, ensuring that we handle all aspects of the cremation process ourselves. We also offer family participation in the cremation process, a large selection of urns and keepsakes, and the option for aerial scattering of cremated remains by private aircraft flown by our staff.

Pre-arrangements are also available through our experienced staff, allowing you to keep your wishes on file or to fully fund and guarantee your pre-arrangement. We believe in the importance of planning ahead and ensuring that your final wishes are respected and carried out according to your specifications.
