Our History
Our practice has been serving the Crestview community for over 40 years! Our roots date back to when Dr. Richard Thomas moved to Crestview with the Army, purchasing two adjacent homes on Alabama Street, which he later joined to create our current building. Dr. Thomas, an amateur historian, had a fascination with the old west and developed a museum collection of historical items, including Doc Holliday's dental chair and drill.
