At El Pollo Inka, we believe that food has the power to bring people together. Our story began in 1987, when our family decided to share their passion for Peruvian cuisine with the world. Our founders, Rosa and Salomon, immigrated to the United States with a dream of building a better life for their family. What started as a small restaurant in Lawndale, California, grew into a beloved chain of restaurants that would become synonymous with authentic Peruvian flavors.

Food Quality
The reviewers have mixed opinions about the food quality, with some experiencing great flavors and others having issues with freshness. Aria Savadkouei mentioned that the Aji de Gallina was one of the best in the city, while Karolina Condor was disappointed with the Papa Huancaina. Jan-Michael Tiu found the food tasty, but Emily Alnwick raved about the portion size and quality of the food.
Service

Emily Alnwick and Chris Krilton mentioned excellent service, while Aria Savadkouei appreciated how professional and accommodating the staff were when she had an issue with her dish. However, TimTheBrodie had a terrible experience with slow and neglectful service, and Karolina Condor was unhappy with the service as well.
