• Building Code Compliance: We ensure that your project adheres to the current building regulations, clearing any violations in the process.

• Application Filing and Board Hearings: We handle all necessary applications required for variances to your projects and represent you in any required board hearings.

• Consultations: We provide consultations over the internet or in person, taking into account local building codes, building costs, space needs, and design. We also provide a price quote with a detailed explanation of the schedule of payments.

• Codes, Schematic Design, and Drafting: Your project undergoes a thorough analysis of local and national codes for zoning and building requirements. We generate a schematic design based on your space and use needs, creating program-fulfilling designs. All designs are computer-generated with varying levels of detail.

• Computer Technology: Our office is fully computerized, with all drawing and printing conducted using Cad software. We can work with your specific program, having experience with AutoCad, AutoArchitect, ASG Architectural, TurboCad, DesignCad, 3D Computer Generated Rendering, and Google Sketchup. Each computer drawing can be made into PDF, DXF, DWG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, Postscript, or Ansi file formats for compatible file transfer.

• Fees and Payment: We offer flexible fee schedules and can write contracts using AIA documents such as B105-2017 Owner and Architect Agreement for Residential or Small Commercial, B103 Owner and Architect Agreement for Large Projects, and B143 Design Builder / Architect Agreement. Payments can be made via check, credit card, electronic payment, or cash.

Our Portfolio

Over the years, we have delivered approximately sixty projects per year, showcasing our expertise and versatility in various fields. Some of our notable projects include the New Portico Restaurant Renovation and the New One Family House Second Floor Addition Facade Renovation.
