Desert Parks Landscaping

Desert Parks Landscaping is a leading provider of landscaping services in northern California and Nevada. Our company was founded in 1996 by Chris Decker in Phoenix, Arizona, and has since grown to manage three divisions: Chico Creek Wholesale Nursery, Desert Residential, and Pacific Site Management. Our philosophy emphasizes a "team player" approach with our employees and customers to ensure client satisfaction.

Our company's history began in 1996 with the establishment of the Arizona division. In 2005, we relocated the Arizona division to northern California and started operations at Chico Creek Wholesale Nursery, a 55-acre facility located north of Chico. In 2007, we launched the Pacific Site Management division, which focuses on landscape maintenance services throughout northern California. Our operations are based out of the Auburn headquarters. Additionally, in 2012, we expanded our services to Reno, Nevada, with the acquisition of a competitor and the establishment of Desert Residential. This division specializes in residential landscape construction for production home builders.

Our team includes experienced professionals like Nancy Decker, the owner, who has been involved with the company since its inception. Nancy earned her undergraduate degree from California State University at Chico. Ed Wood, the Residential Division Manager, brings over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial landscape construction, particularly in the Reno market.

We offer a wide range of services including landscaping for residential homes, model homes, streetscapes, parks, schools, apartments, office buildings, churches, and more. Our expertise also extends to project examples such as contract growing of plants, shrubs, and groundcover, trees, specialty grasses, and services for commercial projects like highways, regional and local shopping centers, elementary, middle, high school, and college campuses, and hotels.
