Excellent Patient Care and Experience
The majority of reviewers have expressed extreme satisfaction with their experience at Brian Rheude Orthodontics. They have praised the staff for being friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The orthodontists have been described as skilled, kind, and patient. Many reviewers have mentioned that their kids have had a positive experience, and they appreciate the clear and accessible information provided to patients and parents.
Minor Concerns and Issues
One reviewer, Lynette Baker, mentioned that they were not satisfied with the number of retainers provided (only one set) and wished that the practice supplied more. Chris Barker, another reviewer, noted that the practice could be more flexible with scheduling appointments.
