Bad Experiences
Two customers, Luis Martinez and Jacob Driggers, have had extremely poor experiences with State Farm. They both gave the company 1-star ratings. Luis stated that State Farm ignored his calls and never followed through on their promises, even attempting to deceive him about a policy he didn't sign up for. Jacob had been a customer for 24 years, but after filing a claim, he experienced unprofessional response times, delays in repairs, and unhelpful local agents.
Good Experiences
