We are more than happy to work at private homes and are willing to travel, offering full weekend planning packages for out-of-town clients who wish to facilitate a full weekend of events for their guests.

Michele is an accomplished hospitality and event management professional with over 20 years of experience. She began her career as a flight attendant, specializing in customer service and client care. Michele has been with The Wedding Connection for several years now, coordinating countless weddings. Her passion for helping clients execute their ideal event and attention to detail has made each event special.
Allyson Grande
Allyson, a Santa Cruz local, has been working in the hospitality industry for the past 14 years, specializing in weddings and catering. Her first job was assisting her florist aunt with centerpieces on the day of a wedding. When she's not planning a wedding or event, you can find her at the beach with her husband and two daughters or traveling.
Casey Willison
Casey, your event-loving, hard-working small business owner, has been in the hospitality industry for over 14 years and has been coordinating weddings since 2017. Originally from Southern California, Casey has lived in several places, including France and Brooklyn, before settling in the coastal redwood paradise of Santa Cruz. With a love for working alongside clients to create their dream day, Casey takes the stress out of wedding planning and ensures a fun and memorable experience.
Denise Addesso
Denise founded The Wedding Connection over 35 years ago in Santa Cruz, CA. She grew the company from the ground up and established the strong relationships and reputation that The Wedding Connection enjoys today.
