Our Story
Pilates Core Arena was founded by PMA Certified Teacher, Irene Tsapakis, who has over 20 years of experience in the fitness and nutrition field. Irene's passion for Pilates and her extensive training in Full Pilates Equipment and BalancedPoint Barre make her an exceptional instructor. Her fun and energetic approach to teaching Pilates has earned her a loyal following among our clients.
