Poor Management Culture
Reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the management style of the company, citing a lack of effective leadership and excessive micromanaging. According to one reviewer, the upper management seems to lack accountability, leaving employees to handle all responsibilities while they themselves depart the office at 3:00pm.
Employees Left to Bear the Burden
The reviewers highlighted the issue of poor management, stating that good management involves equipping employees with the necessary tools and guidance, then leaving them to work independently. However, in this company, management appears to take an overly intervening approach, which can lead to employee burnout and dissatisfaction.
Employees Feel Overwhelmed and Undervalued
The reviewer expressed a sense of frustration and disappointment, implying that employees are shouldering the burden of responsibilities without adequate support from management. This lack of trust and autonomy can result in decreased job satisfaction and employee retention.
