Unsatisfactory Dental Care
Poor quality of service
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the dental care they received from LaPolla. Bre'Asia Casey and Lewis Zaj both gave the dentist 1-star ratings and shared similar horror stories. They claimed to have been subjected to poor treatment, including fillings that were not done properly, tooth extractions, and emergency room visits.
Bre'Asia's experience was particularly traumatic. Despite having received fillings, she ended up with severe pain and had to have her teeth extracted. Lewis Zaj's experience was also unpleasant, with the dentist rushing through his appointments and not providing proper care. Both reviewers felt that the dentist prioritized profit over patient care.
Inefficient appointments and misinformation
Abi Stevens, another reviewer, had a disastrous experience at LaPolla. Despite scheduling an appointment in advance, she was told that neither she nor her son were in the system. When she tried to explain that she had scheduled an appointment, the dentist contradicted her. Abi felt that the office was disorganized and that the dentist was not truthful.
Lack of attention to detail
