Our Story
Our journey began with our founder, Dylan Gutheil, who grew up in Brookline, Massachusetts. With a passion for sports since childhood, Dylan played football and rugby in high school and continued his rugby career at Springfield College, where he earned a degree in Exercise Science. After college, he dedicated himself to the field of strength and conditioning. With over ten years of coaching experience and extensive expertise in the science of human movement, exercise physiology, sports nutrition, and biomechanics, Dylan has a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve optimal physical fitness.
