Our History

Chef David Solesbee founded Belle Fete Catering with a passion for creating unforgettable culinary experiences. With over 15 years of experience in catering, high-end event planning, and food manufacturing, David has established himself as a creative force in the industry. His extensive background includes co-founding Heaven's Bistro, Inc., a food manufacturing company that produced premium, low-fat frozen pizzas. Heaven's Bistro was featured in several prominent publications, including Men's Health Magazine, The Food Network, NBC, and The Los Angeles Times.
