Our Story

In 1988, Mike and Marty Scheurich founded Scheurich Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Inc. with a vision to provide exceptional service and communication to their customers. Starting from a small garage at their family homestead, the business grew rapidly, and in 1997, they moved to their current location at 1008 N. 6th Street in Monticello. Through the years, their dedication to excellence has enabled them to expand their services to include water conditioning, salt and bottled water deliveries, making them a comprehensive solution for all mechanical needs.
