Our litigation practice represents lenders in mortgage foreclosure and related litigation throughout the State of Florida, in both State and Federal Courts. We are experienced in litigating issues arising under the Federal Truth-in-Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Florida Consumer Collection practices Act, the Florida Fair Lending Act, and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. We also represent Plaintiffs and Defendants in breach of contract actions and title disputes throughout the State of Florida.

Our transactional practice has extensive experience representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in residential and commercial real estate purchase and financing transactions. We are recognized in the community as having specific expertise related to compliance with the Truth-in-Lending Act, the Florida Fair Lending Act, and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. We are a title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

Our appellate practice handles appeals in all Florida District Courts of Appeal (including the 1st DCA, 2nd DCA, 3rd DCA, 4th DCA, and 5th DCA) as well as the Florida Supreme Court. We handle a wide range of appellate matters, including but not limited to the representation of lenders, mortgage servicers, and loan originators.

Our bankruptcy practice represents real estate secured lenders in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings.
