Servant's Heart Home Health Services, Inc. was founded on July 1, 2005 by Tom and Jo Nelson in Logansport, Indiana. Over the years, we have grown to have offices in Logansport and Kokomo, serving many counties throughout Central Indiana. Our mission is to provide the most exceptional home care available to the community. We consider each client to be a sacred trust, and we are committed to treating each one with dignity, respect, and Christian compassion while promoting their comfort and health at home.
