The Normandy Apartments boasts a prime location that is just 5 minutes away from downtown Madison and the UW campus. Our community is located right next to the Hilldale Shopping District, which features a plethora of stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues, including Sundance Cinemas, Macy's, Target, two major grocery stores, and numerous outstanding restaurants and shops.
In addition, The Normandy Apartments is just one block away from Hill Farms, a long-standing quiet residential neighborhood. You'll also be close to Rennebohm Park, which offers beautiful green spaces and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. Amenities and Features
The Normandy Apartments offers a wide range of amenities and features designed to make your life easier, more comfortable, and more enjoyable. Our apartments come with heat, hot water, and Wi-Fi included, and most units feature kitchen pantries. We also offer heated underground parking for an additional $75 per month, as well as elevator service for your convenience.
Our community features large patios or balconies, ceramic baths with large vanities, a laundry room on each floor, and a heated swimming pool with a large sun deck. You'll also have access to a fitness facility, same-floor private storage lockers, and entry access by lobby telephone only. Our bus stop is located right out front, and we provide 24-hour maintenance service to ensure that your needs are always met.
At The Normandy Apartments, we understand that pets are an important part of many people's lives. However, for the convenience of all of our residents, we do not allow pets in our community.
Floor Plans and Pricing
The Normandy Apartments offers a variety of floor plans to suit your needs, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Our two-bedroom apartments range in size from 899 to 1,050 square feet and are currently available for $1,708 to $1,821 per month. Our one-bedroom apartments are 750 square feet and are currently fully occupied. Our studio apartments range in size from 420 to 627 square feet and are currently fully occupied as well.
