Our team, led by Carrie and Tom Dion, brings a unique blend of skills and experience to the table. Tom, born and raised in Carbondale, has a strong background in construction, having started working in the industry while still in high school. He acts as our superintendent and lead carpenter, overseeing projects from start to finish. Carrie, with a decade of experience in the residential remodeling industry, has a keen eye for design and a talent for spatial planning. She spent nine years managing the remodel division at Styles Kitchen & Bath, where she developed her expertise in kitchen and bathroom design.
