Our founder, Marcelo Kohan, brings over 25 years of experience working with renowned architecture firms in New York City, including The Spector Group, SLCE Architects, and Fakler, Eliason & Porcelli Architects. He has contributed to the creation of a diverse range of buildings, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience along the way. Marcelo's expertise spans various project types, encompassing residential, commercial, and community spaces such as single-family homes, multi-unit buildings, offices, interior build-outs, daycare centers, and places of worship.

Marcelo holds a registration as an Architect in both Merrick, New York, and New Jersey, actively participating in the Queens and Long Island chapters of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). His commitment to professional development ensures that we stay abreast of the latest industry trends and building codes.
