At 1kDUI, we offer a unique service called the 1kDUI, which is a flat fee of $1,000 for qualified individuals charged with a DUI/DWI. This service is available to those who are facing their first-time DUI/DWI charge with no enhancements. Our attorney will represent you up to and including any trial in General District Court for this flat fee.

We also offer representation for those who do not qualify for the 1kDUI but still need aggressive and knowledgeable legal representation.
