Comprehensive Health Plan

Our Comprehensive Health Plan is designed to address the needs and goals of individual patients. Each plan includes nutritional supplementation based on laboratory analysis or muscle testing, specific dietary recommendations, hydration, oxygenation, stretching, core strengthening, and cardiovascular exercise. Plans are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient, encouraging progress in small stages or in a more comprehensive manner.

Applied Kinesiology / Muscle Testing

We also offer Applied Kinesiology, a systematic method of evaluation and assessment that uses changes in muscle strength to make its determinations. This focus on structural and functional aspects of the body helps in determining the best course of treatment.
