Our Experience

With over 40 years of combined experience, our team has worked on a diverse range of projects, from urban to rural, new construction to renovation, and residential to commercial. Our founder, John R. Paoli AIA, has spent 12 years working in various small and large firms in New York City, honing his craft and learning the art of adaptive building reuse. He then opened his own practice in Westport, Connecticut, before relocating to Missoula, Montana, where he founded Inkstone Architecture.
