• Werner Enterprises Redevelopment:

We played a key role in the redevelopment of a 30-acre parcel previously owned by Caterpillar, transforming it into a modern logistics center for Werner Enterprises. The project involved significant site improvements, including the construction of a 56,000 square foot building with driver services and maintenance bays, along with 300 trailer parking stalls.

• Providence High School Site Improvements:

We collaborated with Providence High School to prepare comprehensive site improvement plans for the expansion of its existing building. Our design addressed critical infrastructure needs for the new Cafeteria & Student Commons Addition, ensuring seamless integration with the existing facilities.

• Water's Edge Affordable Housing Community:

We provided vital engineering and surveying services for the development of Water's Edge, a 68-unit affordable housing community in Joliet. This project involved redeveloping a former apartment complex, incorporating innovative design solutions and sustainable practices to create a vibrant and welcoming community.
