Our Story

John Raffiani, the owner and president, has been with the company since its founding in 1966. Our company's roots date back to 1933 when John's grandfather Joseph began a family greenhouse and shrub farm operation in Fair Lawn. As the business grew, John learned about piping, pumps, field irrigation, horticulture, and soil texture from a young age. When his grandfather sold parcels of land for housing developments in 1965, John (along with other family members) started installing lawn sprinklers and landscaping using leftover piping, sprayer heads, and shrubs from his grandfather's business.

Over the years, our company has evolved to meet the changing needs of our clients. We have expanded our services to include smart irrigation solutions, Drainage Solutions, and HOA (Homeowners Association) Services. Our commitment to staying local has resulted in better customer satisfaction, reduced fuel consumption, and a reduced environmental impact.
