Our Design Approach

At MIKE BROWN, ARCHITECT, LLC, we believe that architects play a crucial role in protecting the interests of homeowners and businesses. As such, we serve as our clients' agents, leading a team of specialists including engineers, landscape architects, and contractors to ensure that your project is executed to the highest standards.

We offer clients two options for our architectural services:

1. A fixed fee based on a cost per square foot

2. An hourly rate for services with an itemized estimate of the overall project

During the initial interview, we establish a budget for the scope of the project and determine a fee based on the agreed-upon criteria. Our contracts include estimates for the work to be provided, and we require a retainer to proceed with the project.
