Our story begins over 60 years ago, when the patriarch of our family, Charles Belmont, got his start in the industry by working for a steam-cleaning company. Disappointed by the mediocre results he saw, Charles realized he could do better. He developed a proprietary cleaning solution and five-step process that worked to clean carpets more thoroughly than any other system.
